Booking Process

1. All booking form will immediately reply to you as requested (no longer than 24 hrs after your booking had been completed) and will offer an alternative hotel in case of the requested hotel is not available

2. All bookings are on pre-payment basis which you can enjoy having some discount and all prices can be negotiable.

3. We require the payment in advance to secure your booking before you check in

4. All major credit card are accepted and payment can be made through Paysbuy: a secure online payment service. After the credit card is verified, you will receive the hotel voucher via e-mail.

5. Once the booking is confirmed, the cancellation policy will be applied


Changing and Cancelling Policy

If you cancel the reservation :

More than 7 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 15USD

( banking fee + administration fee )

7 days or Less preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge

If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.


Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.


Any Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower.

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-20 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.



Online Credit Credit Card Charge:

After the booking is comfirmed you will received the Web Link for making credit card payment. It is a secured payment through Paysbuy: a secure online payment service.
